Single Layer PE Pipes (16)

Drip Irrigation Pipes & Fittings (10)

Irrigation Piping System

Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic material produced from the polymerization of ethylene. PE plastic pipe is manufactured by extrusion in a variety of sizes.PE is available in rolled coils of various lengths or in straight lengths up to 40 feet equal to 12 m. Generally small diameters are coiled and large diameters are in straight lengths. PE pipe is available in many varieties of wall thicknesses, based on dimensioning systems.

  • Size Range DN16 to DN400.
  • Pressure Range PN4 and PN25.
  • Free from corrosion.
  • No protective layers or finishes required.
  • Can be used in trenchless applications.
  • Can be fusion welded.

PE Pipe (Uses & Applications)

PE pipe offers distinct advantages as a piping material:

  • Light weight
  • Flexibility
  • Chemical resistance
  • Overall toughness
  • Longevity

These benefits make it an ideal piping material for a broad variety of applications such as potable water service or distribution lines, natural gas distribution, lawn sprinklers, sewers, waste disposal, and drainage lines. PE materials are generally resistant to most ordinary chemicals.

Polyethylene can be used in low temperatures without risk of brittle failure. Thus, a major application for certain PE piping formulations is for low-temperature heat transfer applications such as radiant floor heating, snow melting, ice rinks, and geothermal ground source heat pump piping.

Drip irrigation pipes & fittings

Nowadays, Polyethylene pipes are vastly used as the main part of the irrigation systems in agriculture as well as other industries. Using drip irrigation is an effective way to distribute right amount of nutrients, water and fertilizers to the crops without using manual labor.

Large-scale commercial greenhouses have adopted drip irrigation piping systems to spend less time for irrigation and yet achieve higher yields.

In order to create or customize your drip irrigation system, you will need appropriate piping and fittings to make sure that water distribution is done correctly and flawlessly.

We produce a large selection of high quality drip irrigation pipes and connectors. Our products cover main components, like pipes and fittings, to install an efficient drip irrigation system, ideal for home gardeners and commercial farms.

Most irrigation piping systems in gardens and greenhouses use LDPE pipes. These pipes are resistant against bending or breaking and can withstand outdoor temperatures.

Single Layer PE Pipes

PE Pipe has been used above ground in various mining, oil, gas, and municipal distribution applications because of its distinctive lightweight, joint integrity, and general durability.

In many situations, these systems have performed admirably for many years without exhibiting signs of wear and tear.

Single layer PE pipes are also ideal for supplying plants with water due to low cost and ease of installation along with high resistance against abrasion. These pipes are made of a single wall of Polyethylene with enough durability and excellent flow characteristics.

Single layer PE pipes, HDPE, act as the main channel to connect your water reservoir and many other liquids to the pipelines at the other end where you dispense water to the root system of your plants.

LDPE Pipes

In case you need to supply water to your plant with a small pressure (up to 6 Bar) behind it, you’ll need to choose our LDPE pipes. These pipes work best when you want to supply water to tiny water delivery components at the end, such as micro drips and pop-up sprinklers and small drip lines.

Usually, LDPE pipes are used with a minimum size of 20mm in diameter.

HDPE pipes

High-Density Polyethylene pipes are best suited when the irrigation system needs higher pressure (from 3 Bar up to 25 Bar) to deliver water along the irrigation system.

HDPE pipes are usually used as header lines with a diameter of 20 to 400 millimeters.
