Single Layer PE Pipes (16)

Drip Irrigation Pipes & Fittings (13)

Irrigation Piping System

Polyethylene (PE) is a thermoplastic material produced through the polymerization of ethylene. PE pipes are manufactured by extrusion in a wide range of sizes. They are available either in coils of various lengths or as straight lengths up to 12 meters (40 feet). Typically, smaller diameters are supplied in coils, while larger diameters come in straight lengths. PE pipes are produced in several wall thicknesses based on standardized dimensioning systems.

Specifications

• Size Range: DN16 to DN400
• Pressure Rating: PN4 to PN25
• Corrosion-resistant
• No need for protective coatings
• Suitable for trenchless installation methods
• Can be fusion welded

Advantages of PE Pipes

PE pipes offer several key benefits, including:

• Lightweight
• High flexibility
• Excellent chemical resistance
• Exceptional durability and toughness
• Long service life

These advantages make PE pipes ideal for a wide range of applications such as potable water distribution, natural gas networks, lawn irrigation systems, sewage lines, drainage systems, and waste disposal networks. PE materials are generally resistant to most common chemicals.
Additionally, PE pipes maintain performance at low temperatures, making them suitable for applications like radiant floor heating, snow melting systems, ice rinks, and geothermal heat pump installations

Drip Irrigation Pipes & Fittings

Polyethylene pipes are widely used as a core component in modern agricultural irrigation systems. Drip irrigation is an efficient method for delivering the right amount of nutrients, water, and fertilizers directly to plant roots, minimizing water waste and labor costs.
Commercial greenhouses and agricultural farms commonly use drip irrigation systems to increase productivity while reducing irrigation time.
To build or customize your drip irrigation system, proper pipes and fittings are essential to ensure precise and reliable water distribution.
We manufacture a wide range of high-quality drip irrigation pipes and connectors. Our product range includes main pipes, distribution lines, and fittings suitable for both home gardening and large-scale agricultural operations.
Most garden and greenhouse irrigation systems use LDPE pipes, known for their flexibility, durability, and resistance to outdoor conditions.

Single Layer PE Pipes

Single-layer PE pipes are commonly used above ground in mining, oil, gas, and municipal supply networks due to their lightweight design, leak-proof joints, and high durability. These systems have demonstrated long-term performance with minimal maintenance.
In irrigation, single-layer PE pipes (HDPE) are used as main supply lines because they offer:
• Low cost
• Easy installation
• High abrasion resistance
• Smooth internal flow characteristics

HDPE pipes act as the main channel connecting the water reservoir to the irrigation network.

LDPE Pipes

If your irrigation system requires a lower pressure supply (up to 6 Bar), LDPE pipes are the ideal choice. They are best suited for feeding small irrigation components such as micro-drippers, sprinklers, and small drip lines. LDPE pipes are typically used from 20 mm diameter and above.

HDPE pipes

High-Density Polyethylene pipes are used when higher operating pressure is required (from 3 Bar up to 25 Bar). HDPE pipes are commonly used as main header lines in irrigation systems and are available in sizes ranging from 20 mm to 400 mm in diameter.
