Polyethylene EPE Foams
EPE foams are manufactured in sheet form with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 35 mm, and in mat form with thicknesses from 40 mm to 120 mm.
These thermal insulators can be laminated with various materials such as aluminum foil, metallized coatings, polymer films, and PVC, depending on the application.
The product is also available in pipe form, with diameters ranging from 16 mm to 63 mm, offering excellent insulation for piping systems.

Anti UV Coated Foams

Anti UV Coated foams are optimized insulations with a special coating that provide resistance to any kind of damage. These insulations are available in tubular form and are equipped with various coatings, either plain or in different colors.

Applications

– Cold and hot sanitary water plumbing systems
– Heating and Cooling piping systems
– Copper pipes for split air conditioning systems

Cross-linked Polyethylene (XPE) Foams

This type of insulation is manufactured by forming a three-dimensional structure through a thermal cross-linking (baking) process.
It is available in:
– Roll form, with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 35 mm
– Mattress form, with thicknesses from 40 mm to 120 mm, and densities between 30 and 200 kg/m³
– Pipe form, in thicknesses of 10 mm to 25 mm and inner diameters ranging from 16 mm to 125 mm
These insulations can be laminated with various materials such as aluminum foil, metallized coatings, polymer films, and PVC, depending on application requirements.
